Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide compassionate, professional services of the highest quality for alcohol and other drug dependent people and their families and for or community.
The Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic offers a uniquely diverse and comprehensive continuum of treatment programs which allows it to tailor treatment to the individual needs of each patient. Treatment is designed to be gender and culturally specific and to take into consideration co-occurring diagnosis, drug of choice and history of relapse. Among the services offered are:

Detoxification - done on both an inpatient and ambulatory basis, medical detoxification services are designed to bring patients to a drug-free, medically and emotionally stable state where the rest of rehabilitation begin.

Residential Rehabilitation - residential treatment provides the maximum structure for those people whose severity of illness, history of relapse or co-occurring conditions warrant the optimum level of program intensity and medical/emotional support.

Partial Hospitalization (Day/Evening treatment): These programs combine the advantages of a full treatment day with the opportunity to live at home and begin to put into practice the lessons learned in treatment.

Outpatient Treatment: Provided at both Howland and Austintown offices. Individuals and families are offered programming to provide primary care for people assessed to need the least restricted treatment possible and to provide one of the more intensive programs.
- Assessment: Both Howland and Austintown offices provide assessments for clinical dependency to both adults and adolescents.
Specialized Treatment Services

Adolescent Programming: Provided at both Howland and Austintown offices. Provide specialized assessment, education, outpatient and intensive outpatient services geared to the unique needs of adolescents and their families are offered through this program.

Family Focused Treatment: treatment is provided for those affected by alcohol and other drug dependencies. A special Intervention Service is also offered to professionally guide family members through a process designed to help then assist loved ones who don't seem to want help.

Woman to Woman: this program provides gender specific treatment for women. It includes a women's intensive outpatient program as well as early intervention outreach and referral for women and their children.
Community Services

Employee Assistance Program - This service provides professional consultation and training for business and industry along with screening referral and individual counseling.

Prevention Professionals of NKRC and Meridian Services provide prevention and intervention services.
