Coordinated Entry is a process that connects individuals and families experiencing homelessness with available housing resources and services based on their needs and eligibility. Designated access points can assist with assessments and referrals to appropriate housing programs. Housing assistance is not guaranteed and may depend on eligibility, prioritization, and program availability.
